A. Limited License Agreement / No Warranty.

may be used only in accordance with this End User Agreement. Users are instructed to read each
form carefully and use it only for the State first listed in the title. Each State has different laws,
statutes and codes which apply to the use of construction forms. Language which might be
acceptable in one state may not necessarily be legally binding and valid for another state. Laws and
statutes affecting the construction industry are complex and you should consult with a licensed
attorney in your State to determine your legal rights. Use of any form available through Western
States Lien Company should not be construed as the providing of legal advice by Guy W. Bluff,
Western States Lien Company, or any of its attorneys or staff. The use of any form does not
constitute the formation of an attorney – client relationship.
Western States Lien Company makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding the
validity or enforceability of any form provided for any legal purpose. Any express or implied
warranty is expressly disclaimed including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. The Statutes, Codes, and Laws for your State may have changed and while we have made
reasonable efforts to determine that the forms provided are current, you should verify this prior to

purchase price actually paid – whichever is greater.

companies, posting them online, reselling them, charging a fee for their use or preparation, or
otherwise making them available for use by others is copyright infringement.
Duplication or use of this form for any commercial purpose by any individual or party
charging a fee for services is strictly prohibited. This form may not be re-produced in printed or
electronic form if the user is intending to sell or otherwise charge a fee or in which the use would
constitute a sale. In layman’s terms – if you are a law firm, other service provider, or publisher that
intends to charge your client or customer to use this form – don’t. An unlimited license agreement
is available for an additional fee for those desiring to charge a fee for services in using or preparing
these forms. If you are a service provider, law firm, construction notice company, or other legal
professional, you must purchase an UNLIMITED LICENSE FOR EACH FORM. Your purchase
price will be credited against the additional license fee or otherwise refunded upon request. The
Unlimited License Fee varies by form but is no more than 10X the Limited License fee.

format to any third party, client or customer. An UNLIMITED LICENSE permits the law firm or
service provider to maintain copies on their own network, server or desktop workstation. They may
be transmitted to the client or customer only in final completed format or form. Sharing these
forms with other companies, posting them online, reselling them, or otherwise making them
available for use by others is copyright infringement.
